The sign up process is simple
  1. Sign up for a PayPal account

Making money is even easier:
  1. Find the detail url of an app you wish to tell someone about. (At the moment, only iPad/iPhone/iPod apps will make you money)
  2. Append your code to the url like this

  3. Tweet and email your link to people who you think will buy it. When they use this link and purchase the app, 3% of the cost of that app will go into your FastApp account.
